To celebrate our secretive natures (and the new issue of KM), we filled a hotel room with our deepest, most painful secrets. Issue #7 was launched at the notoriously seedy Gladstone Hotel in Toronto.
The Zine Yearbook
Two stories from Kiss Machine's girls and guns issue were selected for the Zine Yearbook #8! The yearly anthology of small press writing has reprinted "Jamming the Trigger" by Camilla Gibb and "Hostage" by Deirdre Hanna. Yay!
Girls and Guns Exhibit
Artists Sheila Butler, Nina Czegledy, Michelle Kasprzak, Sally McKay and Paola Poletto join forces with Hungary's Roza El Hassan to present a Girls and Guns-themed show, August 10-September 4, 2004, at the Dorottya Gallery (Budapest, Hungary). Later in September, the show moves to the Lindart Cultural Center in Tirana, Albania. In October it's at the Videomedija Festival in Novi Sad, Serbia.
