1. Name of object: Kitty-chan 
2. Date and country of manufacture: Japan, I think. Date unknown but fairly new, I think -- maybe just a few years old.
3. Collector's name: Shinobu Akimoto, although I collect absolutely nothing. 

It was found at the collector's parents' house in Japan when she went home a few years ago. Her mother generously gave it to the collector.
